TERMS OF PURCHASE
GENERALLY
If you are under 18 years of age, a guardian's consent is required when purchasing. When you complete the order on www.arcofsweden.com , you agree to the terms and conditions published at the time and certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices include 25% VAT. In the checkout at check-out, the total price including VAT, any fees and deducted discounts is shown. We reserve the right for possible printing and/or typing errors.
We provide safe and flexible payment solutions for you who shop with us.
We use these payment methods: Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Digital wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay) and Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now and Klarna Slice It.
With the above payment method, you can choose to pay by card where the payment is debited from your bank account, your credit card, Digital wallets or with Klarna's various payment options. If you have chosen a subscription to an item, you will only be able to connect Card payment as a payment method. Read more here about General terms and conditions for subscriptions . On our website, an order confirmation is displayed, which was also sent to the email you provided to us at the time of payment. If you have not received the order confirmation within an hour of ordering, please check that your e-mail address is correct and let us know and we will send the confirmation again.
Receipt
When you have placed an approved order, you will receive an order confirmation. It is important that you save it for possible complaints or if you regret it.
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
Delivery takes place via Postnord, Budbee Hemleverans or Budbee box. Postnord states that the normal delivery time is 1-4 weekdays, but that the delivery time can be longer to certain locations, not saying which. Budbee specifies the delivery time for home delivery and when the goods are available in the selected Budbee box. Budbee is responsible for any delays or changed delivery times.
Delivery information
Your goods are packed within 24 hours of ordering. In case of discounts, promotions and holidays, the delivery time may be longer. We inform via the website or in a separate email when these occasions extend the delivery time.
The goods are delivered to your mailbox if possible. We cannot control when the Carrier chooses to deliver the goods to a delivery point.
We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the carrier.
Do not accept a damaged package. If the package is damaged, you must immediately report this to the delivery point and file a damage report. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the carrier's handling, you must contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us. If you do not pick up your ordered goods before they are returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 60 (incl. VAT) for our work with handling the goods.
A shipping fee of SEK 49 (incl. VAT) per order is added. The shipping fee is reported on the order confirmation you receive by email.

The shipping cost may vary between countries, please see the specified shipping cost for your country at checkout. Any customs and import VAT that is added for certain countries is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Vid utveckling testat produkten bland annat genom stabilitetstest för att säkerställa att attributen i produkten inte ändras över tid. Andra fysiska testparametrar inkluderar ofta förpackningskompatibilitet, pH-värde, viskositet och utseende. Vi följer EU-reglering för utveckling av kosmetiska produkter. Genom att efterleva dessa krav vet vi att produktens funktion, kvalitet och säkerhet kan efterlevas.
Varför vi väljer dermatologiskt testat
Att ta hand om vår hud är en avgörande del för god hudhälsa men också för vårt välbefinnande. Vår hud, som är vårt största organ, fungerar som en barriär mot yttre faktorer och hjälper till att hålla vårt inre skyddat. För att upprätthålla en frisk hud och god hudhälsa är det viktigt att välja hudvårdsprodukter som är säkra, effektiva och skonsamma. Ett sätt att säkerställa detta är genom att välja dermatologiskt testad hudvård.
Dermatologiskt testad hudvård innebär att produkterna har genomgått tester och utvärderingar under översyn av en dermatolog/hudläkare. Syftet med dessa tester är att bedöma hur produkten interagerar med huden och att identifiera eventuella potentiella allergener, irriterande ämnen eller skadliga bakterier. Genom att testa produkterna på människor kan man bedöma deras säkerhet, effektivitet och övergripande hudtolerans. Alla våra produkter är dermatologiskt testade.
