Right of withdrawal & returns

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Do you regret your purchase? You have the right of withdrawal and full refund for 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act. In order for you to be able to use the right of withdrawal, it is important that the packaging is unused/unbroken. If you as a consumer cancel your purchase, a refund will be made to your account within 30 days. You as a consumer are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved right of withdrawal of received goods means that we must receive the goods in unused and unopened packaging. We then make an assessment if the item is of that type, we can replace you. RETURN & CLAIMS INSTRUCTIONS

You can always complain about your item if it is damaged or incorrect. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time. Describe the error carefully and indicate whether you want a new item or a refund. We then make an assessment as to whether the error is such that we can replace you. The assessment is sent to you together with the decision on whether your complaint is approved. In the event of an approved complaint, we will reimburse you for any return shipping costs. We will not replace the item if the fault is due to your handling of the item. You send the complaint to Skinware Sweden AB, Svärdvägen 3B, 182 33 Danderyd.
